Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping for all orders in the USA! We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

Our orders are shipped from our warehouses within 1-2 days of purchase, and we provide a tracking code once dispatched. Depending on the destination, your order should arrive anywhere between 2-4 days. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery before reaching out to us about an order, as international deliveries can take longer.

We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred by your country’s customs office. Please contact your local customs office with any questions regarding these fees.

Please note that while we strive to ensure the delivery of your order on time, there may be a slight delay due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, Music Forest shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused to the customer.

Address Verification

In order to protect our customers from fraudulent orders, Music Forest reserves the right to perform address verification on any orders placed with us. If we are unable to confirm the shipping address provided, your order may be delayed until further confirmation is received from you. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

As an added security measure, all orders shipped from Music Forest will require a signature at the time of delivery. Express shipping does not waive this requirement, so please take this into consideration when providing us with your shipping address. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns

All products purchased through Music Forest are non-refundable unless damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange or repair.

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will attempt to resend the item at the customer’s expense. If the item is returned a second time, we will offer a store credit for the amount of the item only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unverifiable Addresses

We are unable to ship orders to certain unverifiable addresses. These may include hotels, airlines, or any other temporary address. If an order is placed using an unverifiable address, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

If you would like to ship your order to an address that is different from the billing address, please contact us at contact@musicforest.shop with the alternate address before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We apologize in advance if we are unable to fulfill this request.

Lost Packages 

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to locate the package. If a package is deemed lost by the carrier, we will resend the item at no additional cost to you. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by late or lost deliveries.

Refused Packages 

If a package is refused by the customer, the package will be returned to us, and we will issue a refund for the item only. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this instance. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by refused packages.
